I,………………, by signing this form, indicate my intent to be a rostered Hotspurs player for 200x/200x season. I understand that I can neither approach, or be approached, by any other PA West Classic team until after the State Cup in 200x.

I also pledge that Hotspurs Soccer will be my prime sporting activity and will always take priority over all other activities, unless they are school or family activities over which I have no control.

I understand that Hotspurs Soccer is based on team development and I commit to giving my full effort during practices, games and other activities to better, both myself as a player, and the team as a whole.

I pledge to always perform in a sportsman’s like manner, respecting the referees, coaches and opponents. I will do my best to perform to the highest level within the laws of the game.

I will always represent myself, and the Hotspurs Club, in the best possible light both on and off the field.

I will support my fellow Hotspurs players, coaches and teams and expect the same support from them.
