2013-2010 Training Structure

Building blocks for play and practice sessions will include: 

1.) General Movement Training    

2.) Soccer Oriented Movement Training

 3.) Soccer Specific Technique Training

 4.) Soccer Play (focusing on free play to promote creativity and self-learning by experience)

2009-2007 Training Structure

1.) Physical (fitness training, introduction to band work, proper stretching techniques both dynamic and static, and injury prevention)   

2.) Technical (improving technique and efficiency in ball skills and touches)

3.) Tactical (offensive and defensive role discussion and implementation 

4.) Mental (what is mental toughness, how does one handle pressure, how does one handle mistakes, and how do we maintain confidence)
